はじめまして。京都で木造建築の設計施工を専門に活動している翠紅舎の河井尊臣です。

このたび、京都にある空き家をリノベーションすることになりました。それに合わせて、この機会が多くの木工ファンの学習の場となるよう『空き家リノベーションプロジェクト』をクラウドファンディングで立ち上げます。

この『空き家リノベーションプロジェクト』を開催する狙いは、

１：空き家の解体、改造を通して町を活性化したい

２：空き家を自らリノベーションし、より豊かな生活を目指す人を応援したい

クラウドファンディングでリノベーションの施工ノウハウを学びたい生徒さんを募集します。

「古民家を改造してお店を作りたい」

「家族から受け継いだ家を住みやすく改装したい」

自宅や店舗を自分好みに、自らリノベートしたいという方が増えていますが、本格的な改装は本や動画で学んだお手軽なDIYでは上手くいくはずもありません。素人が、解体・改造方法を一から学べる機会は、ほとんど無いと言ってよいでしょう。

今回のプロジェクトでは、古い家屋（１階が喫茶店の店舗兼住宅）の内装を解体し、新しく店舗として生まれ変わらせるまでの過程を、現役の大工から学べます。これは全てが授業ですので、大工さんが黙々と取り組むところを見て覚えるものではありません。1つ1つの工程を丁寧に説明した上で、あなた自身にも一緒に動いて体験してもらいます。理論と実践からなる教育の現場です。

There are more and more people who want to renovate themselves at home or in their 

stores, but full-scale renovation cannot be done well with the easy DIY learned from books and videos. It can be said that there is almost no opportunity for an amateur to learn how to 

dismantle and remodel from scratch.

In this project, you can learn directly from the carpenter the process of dismantling the interior of an old house (the cafe and store on the first floor is a store) and turning it into a new store. This is all a lesson. So you don't just see and remember the carpenter working. The carpenter will carefully explain each process. In addition, you can experience moving yourself 

with the carpenter. It is an educational field consisting of theory and practice.

このプロジェクトで実現したいこと

日本は高齢化が進み、町には空き家が溢れています。放置され管理者も分からないような物件や、まだ使えるのに壊されていく物件がたくさんあります。これは、とても寂しく残念なことです。しかしそれと同時に、人生をもっと豊かに快適に過ごすため、「自分らしさ」や「趣味」にとことんこだわって落ち着きのある素敵な住まいをつくりたいと、自らリノベーションにチャレンジする方が増えているのも事実です。

翠紅舎は、空き家のリノベーションが人と地域の活性化に繋がると信じ、個人のリノベーションの活動を応援します。

What you want to achieve with this project

Japan is aging, and there are many empty houses in the city.

There are many buildings that are left alone and the administrator cannot understand them, and many buildings that are still in use but are destroyed.

This is very sad and disappointing.

However, at the same time, with people who want to make their lives richer and more comfortable, and those who want to create a calm 

and wonderful home by paying close attention to their "personality" and "hobbies."

It is also true that more and more people are challenging themselves for renovation.

Suikoushya believes that the renovation of unoccupied houses leads to the activation of people and the area, and supports the activities of individual renovation.

河井尊臣のプロフィール

1987年：幼少期、曽祖父である河井寛次郎が設計した家を見て大工になることを決意する。

1997年：鹿児島大学建築学科入学。

2001年：大学卒業後、専門学校へ

2002年 : 日本の伝統的な古農家が残る京都府美山町の工務店に弟子入り

2009年：「翠紅舎」を立ち上げ独立。

2011年：伊勢神宮の式年遷宮に参加。

2020年 : 現在「株式会社　翠紅舎」は木造建築を専門とする設計施工業務だけでなく、世界中の木工ファンに日本の木工をシェアしています。

Profile of Takami

1987: As a child, he decided to become a carpenter after seeing a house designed 

by his great-grandfather, Kanjiro Kawai.

1997: Enrolled in the Department of Architecture, Kagoshima University.

2001: After graduating from university, went to a carpenter vocational school

2002: Entered an apprenticeship at a construction company in Miyama-cho, Kyoto, 

where traditional Japanese old farmhouses remain

2009: Established "Suikoushya"

2011: Participated in Shikinen Sengu of Ise Shrine.

2020: Currently, "Suikoushya Co., Ltd." is not only involved in design 

and construction work that specializes in wooden construction, 

but also shares Japanese woodworking with woodworking fans around the world.

→You cannot take only one process.
